- Execute precise and efficient preparation of ingredients, showcasing advanced culinary skills.
- Contribute to the creation of a vibrant and organized kitchen by meticulously labeling and stocking cooking ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest quality, consistency, and freshness in every dish.
- Showcase creativity in the preparation of ingredients, enhancing the culinary experience for our patrons.
- Actively participate in inventory management, providing insights for resupply decisions.
- Uphold Zazzy’s commitment to excellence through the maintenance of a spotless and sanitized kitchen environment.
Line Cook Major Responsibilities
- Execute advanced culinary techniques with skill and precision, ensuring the highest standards in food preparation.
- Contribute to the creation of culinary masterpieces by following intricate recipes and presentation standards.
- Exhibit mastery in the preparation of ingredients through precise portioning, chopping, weighing, and mixing.
- Operate kitchen equipment with expertise, ensuring optimal temperatures and functionality.
- Play a crucial role in the seamless flow of kitchen operations by efficiently setting up and breaking down workstations.
- Commitment to hygiene through consistent maintenance of impeccable cleanliness standards.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Culinary education or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in executing advanced culinary techniques.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
